End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Verborise ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of the Verborise mobile application ("App") and related services.
IMPORTANT: By downloading, installing, or using the Verborise App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on devices that you own or control
- Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
- Use the App's features according to your subscription plan
2. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer your license to another person or entity
- Use the App to develop competing products or services
3. Subscription Services and Auto-Renewal
3.1 Subscription Plans
Verborise offers the following subscription options:
- Free Plan: Limited features at no cost
- Starter Monthly: $14.99 per month
- Starter Annual: $99.99 per year
- Pro Monthly: $24.99 per month
- Pro Annual: $149.99 per year
- Emergency Interview Prep: $4.99 one-time purchase (7-day access)
3.2 Auto-Renewal Terms
AUTO-RENEWAL NOTICE: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
3.3 Managing Subscriptions
To cancel or manage your subscription:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Verborise
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Verborise
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Verborise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
- We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App
- You retain ownership of content you create using the App (recordings, practice sessions)
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services
5. User Content and Data
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- Audio recordings are processed by AI for coaching purposes
- Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
- You are responsible for the content you create and submit
- You will not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-powered feedback and assessments
AI coaching is provided for educational purposes. Results may vary based on individual effort and ability. The App should complement, not replace, professional instruction.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated:
- You may terminate by deleting the App and all copies
- We may terminate if you breach any term of this EULA
- Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App
- Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, Australia.
10. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the new EULA in the App
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending notification through the App for significant changes
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services:
- Apple App Store and Google Play Store for distribution and payments
- Firebase for authentication and data storage
- AI services for speech analysis
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Entire Agreement
